Hip & Lumpy is a fun brand that creates reversible and unique accessories for your pets. I designed their visual brand identity.
I was in charge of designing their visual brand identity and labelling for Hip & Lumpy. Hands-on the project I noticed the naming was a little too long. It was challenging as it couldn’t look like a sentence plus it also needed to be paired with a second version of it to be applicable for a variety of sources.
To achieve the goal of creating a dynamic and modern image I used geometric typography in combination with the ampersand and the shape of a circle. The combination succeeded in achieving a dynamic combination of words. Therefore I found a way of transmitting fun, loyalty, and movement just like our furry friends. The final design turned out to reach the values that the brand wanted to transmit.
